Frank Ennis trained his first winner of the season when Intapeace spread-eagled her field to take the opening 6 furlong fillies maiden by seven lengths.

Ennis said afterwards: "she missed the break and ran very green on her debut. I knew she had come on a lot from that run. She is a full sister to Hoh Mike and Danny (Mullins) thinks she is up to Listed Class."

"She shows so much speed at home I was a little worried that she might not see out the six furlongs. Her whole family wanted cut in the ground so I was very pleased to see the rain today."
