Meath trainer Ger Lyons completed a Listed double at The Curragh today when his Elletelle completed a double for jockey Johnny Murtagh the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Sweet Mimosa Stakes.

Last year's Royal Ascot Queen Mary Stakes winner was slowly into her stride today but moved through the field to lead inside the final furlong, eventually holding on by a short head from the fast finishing and unlucky-in-running Aleagueoftheirown

Afterwards Lyons stated "this filly owes us nothing but as long as she stays in this frame of mind she'll be grand! She holds plenty of entries in the 'early closing' races but hopefull we'll get her starting from stalls faster."
