Drop The Dip recorded her second win at Listowel this year when making all for a convincing victory in the Thorn Plant Hire Handicap.
The Tom Gibney-trained filly successfully adopted front-running tactics here in June and Gavin Ryan was again on board to repeat the trick although this time ground conditions were totally different.
The 9/1 chance quickened off the home bend and having built up a three-length lead a furlong out, kept on well over this mile trip.
The 9/2 favourite Wrist Art kept on into second place two and three-quarter lengths adrift with Coolree in third.
Winning owner Damien Conway said, "Mayo people coming to Kerry are used to getting a licking at the football but our last three runners in Listowel have been winners so I'm delighted!
"She is very honest, Tom (Gibney) said she is the most honest filly in the yard. She handled the good ground so well here in June you'd wonder if she'd handle today's ground (officially soft to heavy) but Chris Hayes got off her in a maiden at Navan last year and said she would.
"We'd like her at a better level but could do that over hurdles as she has loads of size and scope and she hurdles really well. She is entered for the sales and I think she will be a proper juvenile hurdler for somebody."
