All Hell Let Loose won on his debut for Henry De Bromhead yesterday at Kilbeggan, and Stellar Notion did the same today, as he made all to take the feature at Listowel, the John J. Galvin Handicap Chase.
Second on his debut in a point-to-point for Willie Codd in 2013, the son of Presenting was then bought by owner Roger Brookhouse for 140,000 pounds.
He won three races from four starts for Tom George, before he was sent to Paul Nicholls.
He was disappointing on his four outings for Nicholls, and making his debut for De Bromhead today he was went off at 5/1 (backed from 7's on-course).
Sent straight to the front by Robbie Power, he made all.
The 7/2 joint-favourite Royal Boru was coming with his challenge two out, but he unseated Robbie Colgan there.
This left Stellar Notion in a clear lead, and he kept on well from there, going on to score by four and a half lengths.
Michael Hourigan trained horses were second and third, Holeinthewall Bar (13/2) and Mark Enright, four and three parts of a length in front of Give Me A Break (7/2 joint-favourite) and Mark Walsh.
De Bromhead said afterwards: "Robbie gave him a brilliant ride and he jumped great. He's a massive horse and was only stepping over the fences and you'd imagine a more galloping track would suit.
"He has won right-handed in the past so the Galway Plate would cross your mind. I'll see what Roger (Brookhouse, owner) wants to do but why not.
"He is a really nice horse to get and I got him after Cheltenham (in March) and it's great to get him back on track."
