The Tipperary Handicap Hurdle at Clonmel produced a thrilling finish with Danse Away finding plenty late on to land the spoils.
Tom Nagle's charge was sent to post the 6/4 favourite for the two-mile-three contest having won over fences at Navan last month and been narrowly denied at Cork five days ago.
The Dansant gelding was racing off a 20lb lower mark back over timber today but was made to work hard to get the job done.
He was prominent throughout, under Danny Mullins, and settled down to fight it out with British Art from the second last.
There was nothing between the pair going to the final flight but Danse Away found a bit extra on the run-in to get up for a neck success.
"He is a tough horse and is faster over a fence than a hurdle - the jockey was good too!” said Nagle.
"He'll go to Naas now in a couple of weeks for a novice handicap chase."
