Jake Peter will relish plenty of cut in the ground when he contests the Assembly Techniques Handicap over two miles at Tramore.

Pat Flynn ’s charge won over course and distance at this festival last year, and avails of a drop in class on Saturday — having run unplaced on fast ground at the Curragh at the end of June.

He faces three rivals in this 20,000 euro contest, with an in-form Sneaky Getaway looking the most dangerous. The six-year-old gelding may appreciate better ground, though.

Joseph O’Brien’s Eria is the one to beat in the Ashtown House Stud Irish EBF Fillies Maiden, after finishing third at Gowran Park last month. Invitation just behind in fourth, has since obliged by almost five lengths in a fillies’ maiden at the Galway Festival. Pearl Warrior made all for a clear-cut success at Sligo and could be dangerous off the front, around this tight track, in the Perennial Freight Rated Race. Da Dou Ron Ron ran away with a handicap hurdle at Uttoxeter last month and is interesting on Flat debut in the Dan Cowman Memorial Maiden.

Rain-softened ground has seen Indian Eye placed on her last two starts, so she can get in the mix for the Strand Inn Dunmore Handicap. Greenpanda would not be winning the Hibernian Hotel Tramore Handicap out of turn, after a pair of close seconds in Ballinrobe. El Tren rsquo;s runner-up berth at Killarney reads well in the context of the Morris Builders DIY Handicap.

Jump jockeys Darragh O’Keefe and Rachael Blackmore have been booked for Sir Ector and Time For Mabel respectively in this two-mile handicap.
