Barrier had to work to land the odds in the opening four-year-old maiden hurdle at Tramore, moving Jack Kennedy five ahead in the jockeys' title race.
The Gordon Elliott-trained filly went to post a 30/100 shot but her jumping was a bit sketchy early on in the two-miler as she settled behind the leaders.
She moved closer running down the hill and hit the front over the second last.
The hotpot was untidy at the final flight but kept on well in the closing stages to post a two-and-a-quarter length win over Malbay Madness
Stable representative Ian Amond said afterwards:-"She probably made harder work of it than she should have.
“She didn't jump great and Jack said maybe the track just didn't suit her. She got away with it anyway and she'll be kept on the go now. She'll tip away on the Flat as well and she ran well in the Curragh the last day.
“Hopefully there will be another hurdle in her and you'd imagine there would be a Flat race or two in her as well. It's important to get the win today for down the line as she is well-bred and is a half-sister to Pied Piper."
