Bamako Moriviere impressively dismissed his six rivals in the Grade 3 Paddy Power Track My Bet Irish EBF Novice Chase.

An unlucky loser on his debut over fences at Listowel, the Willie Mullins trained French bred beat subsequent winner Tombstone on his next start at Fairyhouse last month.

Backed from 7/2 to 5/2 on-course, the son of Califet made virtually all under Ruby Walsh. He was pressed by Jury Duty from three out, but soon had the measure of that rival, stretching clear before the last, going on to score by sixteen lengths.

The aforementioned even money favourite Jury Duty, finished second under Davy Russell for Gordon Elliott, while Woodland Opera (10/3) was a further twelve lengths back in third.

Ruby Walsh said afterwards: "He had plenty experience and had a win over two miles and was in against Jury Duty who lacked experience. He pinged the third last and quickened up really well and put the race to bed there.

"He was much more confident today and who knows (if he can step up further in trip)."
