The Michael Hourigan trained Aerlite Supreme ridden by Adrian Heskin, caused a 20/1 upset to win the Provimi Novice Hurdle at Limerick today.

The son of Gold Well improved to lead after two out and stayed on well for a five lengths win over Captainofthefleet

Afterwards locally based Hourigan stated “he lost his way the last day he ran so we decided to give him a break to freshen him up and it appears to have worked.

“We'll look to Fairyhouse and Punchestown with him now but chasing looks his game long-term as he is a half-brother to Operation Houdini.”
