"That's my first winner here on the all-weather, although I've only had a few runners. It's nice to make up for the last day," said Edward O'Grady after his Roconga took the spoils in the Fundraising Made Easy At Dundalk Maiden under Wayne Lordan.

Very unfortunate when third here on March 23rd, Roconga enjoyed better luck in running on this occasion.

The Rakti gelding got to the front a hundred and fifty yards out before accounting for Queen Alphabet by three parts of a length.

"He'll probably go back hurdling now, and may mix it with the Flat," added O'Grady.
