he’s no superstar but he’s a tough little horse and goes through that ground really well. We’ve had a lot of fun with him this autumn and I’m delighted for everyone involved. He’ll probably have a bit of a break now. That’s 40 winners for us this year.

I'm thrilled with that because he's a consistent little horse,. He was a cheap claim and he's now won on the Flat and over hurdles for the lads. On the slow side of good or yielding ground is fine for him. He's a very tough horse, he's had a lot of runs between myself and Michael Halford. He's been on the go a long time. I knew he fresh and well today and he's a tough little nut to crack when he's on form. There is probably another race in him on the Flat, over a mile-six or two miles. It's an awful pity we can't go to Wolverhampton for one of those but we're not allowed. We'll have to see what is in Dundalk but that's job done for now.

We have just been waiting on ground for him really. He obviously likes it around here and is a genuine little horse. That's his ideal trip and conditions. His owner has been very patient and it's nice to see him rewarded.

He had some good runs. We weren't always certain that he gets a mile so I told Shane to drop in and hope they go hard,. It worked out right on the night for him as they went a good gallop early on. He settled away and did well to get the gaps. He has threatened to do that. He's very straight-forward and we'll keep going with him.
