Jockey Keane wins both divisions of Nursery
Colin Keane completed a double at Dundalk today as the former Champion Jockey bagged wins in both divisions of the Christmas Party Packages At Dundalk Nursery, completed with Whoareyouanyway for his employer, trainer Ger Lyons. Fri 13th DecElusive King swoops late under Chris Hayes
Elusive King showed the benefit of a debut run here a fortnight ago and in the process provided Chris Hayes with a nice spare winning ride in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden at Naas. Sun 03rd Nov
After race at Dundalk Fri, 13th Dec, 2019 (1st)
he did everything wrong and did it the hard way. He needs to mature a little bit as he was just a little immature at the start. We wanted to get a hood on him and he was just being babyish. We'll give him a rest now and let him enjoy the winter. He's broke his maiden, which we're delighted with, and hopefully he grows mentally. He'll probably come back towards the end of the Dundalk campaign just to start off for the season. That was a fair performance carrying top-weight of 10st 2lb. The race didn't go to plan and he still did it so we're very happy with that.
