Her owner/breeder Jean Corrigan passed a month ago and the whole family would be proud,. Jean used to get great craic out of her and was proud of her. It is a good day for her daughter Emily and her husband Des but it's a pity Jean isn't here. Her next plan is to go in-foal but she might go for the 2m4f Grade 1 novice hurdle at Fairyhouse. We'll see what the connections want to do but she has been absolutely brilliant. We are thinking about sending her to Getaway. I have five or six horses in training and I have a couple of nice young horses coming along and have some for the flat too.

She is a very tough mare and is an out-and-out stayer, . We were a little bit worried because they went no gallop but she also showed a turn of foot to win and I'm delighted. She is tough and grinds it out and is a hardy bit of stuff. There is the Dorans Pride Novice Hurdle for her next at Limerick over Christmas or else she could for the 2m4f Grade 1 novice at Naas in January but she'll tell us where to go. It is a good boost for her owner/breeder Jean Corrigan who couldn't make it down today.

she deserved that as she had been second in two Listed races before and when she hits the front she runs around the place. She didn't seem to have too hard of a race there, did it well and that's her trip and ground. There is a race back here in three weeks time or we might freshen her up and bring her back to Limerick. There are plenty of options. If she won (the Listed race at Limerick) last year I wouldn't have her as she'd definitely have been retired! We're delighted to have her again this year and Ricky knows her inside out. She runs around a good bit and she'd never look like she is travelling and he gave her a great ride.

Ricky gave her a good ride. She always hits a flat spot and he nursed her through it. Two miles isn't her ideal trip but it's a nice place to start off. There is a novice hurdle and also a mares hurdle in Limerick in a couple of weeks time. We'll have a look at those and see how she is. She loves that ground.

I'm surprised, to be honest with you, on that ground. She goes well at home and I thought coming here the ground might catch her out but that she would come on for the experience,. She was green the whole way and then she got between a few horses up the straight and she ran on and won well. Richie (Deegan) gave her a brilliant ride. She won pretty decisively. She is very well-bred - she is a half sister to Nicky Henderson's horse, On The Blind Side. She looks like she is going to have a good future too.
