A few trainer have managed to get the better of Willie Mullins in bumpers in the last ten days or so but normal service was resumed when 5/6 favourite Uncle Pat took the Toals Bookmakers INH Flat Race by three-parts of a length. Sun 13th Aug
After race at Downpatrick Sun, 13th Aug, 2023 (1st) 
I think he was quite green in front. I think he was always doing enough. Those Well Chosens are always very laid-back and I think they keep their best for the racecourse. They do their best under pressure. Myself and the second horse, I don't remember pulling up that far down the track afterwards. It is good ground and he is a horse that will stay further. We will probably go over hurdles with him.
