Manning & Bolger dominate at Leopardstown
Jim Bolger and Kevin Manning enjoyed a magnificent day when recording a 12/1 treble this afternoon at Leopardstown. The first leg of their treble came when they won The Coolmore Fusaichi Group 1 with Lush Lashes. They were later seen to good effect when winning The Irish Champion Stakes Group 1 with New Approach. Kevin said that he is still very green and to bear in mind that he is a very late May Foal. There is still alot of improvement to come and he is definitely one for the future.

After race at Leopardstown Sun, 7th Sep, 2008 (1st)
The previous time at Newmarket he was too keen on the day because we had to rush a lot of quick work into him. There wasn't really enough pace today and once again we probably over did the settling. He only did what he had to do and Kevin confirmed that he had bundles left in the tank. It was a nice easy race for him and he should come out of it well. He's entered in The Champion Stakes at Newmarket, The Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe and The Breeders Cup Classic he'll probably run in two of them.
