The opening race on the final day of the 2012 Listowel Festival, the Cows Lawn 4yo Maiden Hurdle, went to the Enda Bolger trained Love Rory with Adrian Heskin aboard. Sat 22nd Sep
It's back to brass tax after last week! . The race probably changed when Bishopsfurze went. He is a nice horse for a six-year-old and he was given a great ride again by Nina. He seems to like that ground. Taking on the second horse the next day will be different.

I thought Sizing Australia was going to be hard to beat but he kept at it well and he'll go down the cross country route now.

That was a nice surprise. I told JT that there was €800 quid for finishing fourth, so start from there. We always thought he would make a nice chaser and fences will be his forte. He did have a nice run at Cork and he will probably go back for a novice hurdle now. Hopefully he will have a future and he jumps banks as well!
