After race at Down Royal Fri, 27th May, 2016 (1st)
Most of his form is on better ground. They have called it good to soft in places when he has won but it has always been the first race of the day. He's always better when he has a bit of a better surface. I have to say Ger didn't panic when he wasn't travelling down the back and the boys have made a move. He held onto him and he nursed him away and he got a lovely run down the inner.

That's great. I'm not sure if he's good enough for a winners of one. We might end up in handicaps. Punchestown would be in mind if he got into a handicap, the big fences would suit him. He ended up with a very high handicap mark over hurdles. He had a fall in Fairyhouse and from there he didn't have the best of runs so its good to see him come back to the winner's enclosure.

You would expect him to do that after his Leopardstown run. We may target him at a Listed hurdle in Naas just before Cheltenham. He's from a really good family and has a good method of jumping. We haven't bullied him at home and we are giving him time to mature and find his feet.
