This is what she wants (better ground), this is why we came five hours up the road today. She often runs well fresh and she just wants a trip, she wants decent ground. Charlie (O'Dwyer), in fairness to him, knows this mare like the back of his hand. He gets a great oul tune out of her. I thought myself along the top going to the fourth-last that we could be in a bit of trouble. I was worried if I had her fit enough. He (O'Dwyer) said once he jumped the fourth-last she kept picking up and picking up. She stays really well, stamina has always been her forte. She is a great little mare for 11 years of age. She will run away over the summer and we'll have a bit of fun. Brilliant to get one on the board for JP (McManus), he's a great supporter and it is fantastic that he has kept her with us so long.

She has been frustrating to say the least. She has hit the crossbar on several occasions and I thought that we were struggling with her of late. She is always a bit sluggish away and Charlie said it took her about four or five fences to warm up. He said she was a bit on her head early, but once she settled into it she was fine. She jumped great in the middle part of the race and probably had a bit of a look at the last when in front. She was probably going to win anyway. She was coming at them around the home bend and she loves coming passed horses. She stays forever, that's the one thing she does, she stays and stays. Races over three-mile-one are hard to find but they suit her down to the ground. She has three won now and I'll talk to Frank (Berry) but she is again on Thursday at Limerick. It's over three-mile-one again, I just put her in, in case anything went wrong today. She is a grand one to have and it's good to get a winner for JP (McManus) who is a great supporter.

She was just beaten by the bob of a head the last day in Wexford and got her just reward today. She missed a couple of weeks after Wexford as she got a nasty cut on her knee so that’s why we were so long getting her back on the track. Darragh was brilliant on her and gave her a super ride. I told him she might be caught for a bit of toe early doors but she stays well. She seems to be a stronger filly this year, and last year she was a bit immature. We’ll see what’s coming up in the next couple of weeks and pick something out.

It is great to see her get her head in front as she has been disappointing and the penny just wasn't dropping with her. We ran her over 2m4f the last day and I felt she was staying on a bit and decided to step up to three miles,. On her form she surprised me but she works ok at home and if anything she can be lazy. She minds herself a bit and Luke gave her a great ride. She wouldn't want the ground too quick and if it goes fast she'll get a break.
