After race at Cork Mon, 2nd Aug, 2021 (1st)
He’s a very special horse for me. He goes to war for you every time and he won this last year. We weren’t as well in this year with the conditions of the race but he’s still really enthusiastic and was probably the last horse to pull up there. We might go to Down Royal for the race he won after this race last year. He’s a funny old jumper but the last five hurdles were brilliant. I don’t think you can teach him to be any better or worse — that’s just him.

After race at Thurles Thu, 21st Feb, 2019 (1st)
It was a great ride I thought because there was a lot of pace in it and he just took his time,. I wasn't sure going right-handed would suit him but he didn't mind it today. He is in Cheltenham and we'll time about it or he could go to Aintree. I'm just glad I declared him as I wasn't declaring him at 9 o'clock yesterday morning but we said we'd take our chance here with just six runners; he could have run in Ayr on Monday instead. He has been a great horse for me and has never been out of the money for me and I wish I had plenty of them!. I've had a Grade 3 winner of a juvenile hurdle about 12 years ago but this is my biggest winner.

After race at Killarney Sat, 20th Aug, 2016 (1st)
I was worried about the going coming down but I walked the track and in fairness to Killarney it's beautiful ground. He's only a four-year-old, and I got him in great nick from Colin Motherway.
