It just shows how tough he is that he’s been to every racing Festival, it takes a lot of doing. It all goes well for the future going over fences. He did quite well coming back from Aintree. We haven’t done that before — Cheltenham, Aintree, Punchestown. It looks achievable, so we might do more of it in the future!. He didn’t show how good he was until we went out in trip. High Class Hero ran very well and looked for a minute that he might upset Paul.

That’s fantastic for Jody, her first Grade 1. She’s always does her own thing in her races and it works! We often discuss what’s going to happen but when the tape goes up, Jody just does what Jody wants to do. She’s had some success, so we just have to take our hats off to her. This horse missed a year and I thought he could be Champion Bumper material. I thought that I’d rather do that than go hurdling. He can go hurdling next season. He followed home Facile Vega here two years ago and that sort of form stands up every day of the week. It paid off. He could run on the Flat over a mile and a half or a mile and six.

It was great, I thought the extra trip would suit him,. Danny was good on him again, he always just pops up when you least think it!. I thought Predators Gold might win the race, but Paul said he was doing a little too much throughout. That ground is a lot softer than we thought it would be. I think that suited Dancing City more.

The plan was to jump out and make it,. When you are riding for Willie if something happens and you need to adjust to improve your chances of winning, you do that and more often than not(it works). I think I might have been the outsider of the field and he pops up and wins a Grade 1.

Off the bend I was off he bridle but I was happy that once I met the rising ground I would find more,. He missed the last and still ran out a good winner so all-in-all it's probably a good performance. Like the horse in the first race, we were hoping he'd improve and it's nice to see them go and do it. For such a big horse he's getting it together. When we were chatting this morning about them Paul said the last day he was a bit raw. Between us we made a plan and it worked. This was a maiden, hacking around, and in a more truly run race we might see a bit more. He has that bit of class that he will stay but we maybe don't have to go there just yet.

He (Dancing City) did it well, it took him a while to get going but he was staying on the whole way to the line. The first and second are two nice horses. I doubt he will go to Cheltenham now and we'll try to find a winners bumper for him at home. the new motorway is a big help.
