She had a break and we brought her back to get her started here. Billy Lee didn't want to run her, put that down, as he said the ground might be a bit quick for her!,. She is all heart and they went a good tempo there and my other filly, Colour Blue, ran a blinder and was beaten three short-heads in fourth. She (Erysimum) is my first horse for Barouche Stud and I'm delighted. I'll have to look at a Group 3 now and she'll love a cut in the ground and has all autumn to run.

She did it well and Billy gave her a good enterprising ride and used her experience. He slowed it up and then kicked off the turn. She's a big, improving filly and by the end of the year I hope to step her into Listed company. I still think she was harshly treated for her Sligo win and I was hoping that there was a handicap for her but conditions suited her today. Billy said a mile is far enough for her.
