The Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of Kimmins (GB) shortly after the race failed to reveal any abnormalities.

Following the race, the representative of Fergal O'Brien reported that the winner, Blue Sans (IRE), was showing signs of mild post-race heat stress; the Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of the mare, during routine testing, failed to reveal any further abnormalities.
