An enquiry was held to consider interference shortly after jumping 4 out, when the winner Younoso (GB), ridden by Ross Chapman, interfered with Titian Boy (IRE), placed fifth, ridden by Sam Coltherd.
Chapman was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as he had allowed his horse to drift left towards the rail when not sufficiently clear, causing Titian Boy (IRE) to be taken back.
Following the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that Duhallowcountry (IRE), placed fourth, lost its right front shoe.
