The Stewards considered a report from Ms. E. Meehan, Racecourse Manager, regarding an incident in the car park area during the meeting. Evidence was heard from Ms. L. Jewell, Car Park Attendant, Mr. J. Gillan, Car Park Supervisor, Mr. C. Gordon, IHRB Security Officer and Mr. J.J. Codd, Qualified Rider. Having considered the evidence, including an admission and apology from Mr. Codd the Stewards found the rider in breach of Rule 272 (iii) by abusing a person involved in the administration of racing and having taken his record into account severely cautioned him
