Derintoher Yank (IRE) collided with the rails going out onto the track, and having been examined by the Veterinary Surgeon at the start, the gelding was deemed fit to race.
Following the race, Kielan Woods reported that Kings Temptation (GB), placed third, made a mistake at the open ditch in the back straight and was never travelling thereafter.
Richard Johnson reported that Craigmor (IRE), which was pulled up, ran flat and the gelding was routine tested.
