- Stewards Report
The performance of Faire Part Sivola (FR), which was pulled up, was considered.
The representative of Harry Whittington’s explanation that the gelding was unsuited by the Heavy ground which in their opinion was riding tacky on this occasion and that Faire Part Sivola (FR) would prefer less testing conditions, was noted.
The Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of the gelding, during routine testing, failed to reveal any abnormalities other than Faire Part Sivola (FR) lost its right-fore shoe.
The performance of Tap Tap Boom (GB), which started favourite and was pulled up, was considered.
Alistair Ralph’s explanation that the gelding was also unsuited by the Heavy ground which in their opinion was riding tacky on this occasion and that Tap Tap Boom (GB) would prefer less testing conditions, was noted.
The Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of the gelding failed to reveal any abnormalities.
