I love this horse to bits and he's very tough and hardy. He has tonnes of ability. He was bred by Padraig O'Donovan (from Cloyne) and owned by him and his three sons. Padraig's not too well at the moment so hopefully this will prove a good tonic. Miss Denise Marie O'Shea, trainer

The Stewards fined S. Curling, trainer, ?350 for lodging a passport in respect of Moscow Prices, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order. Mr D.L. Queally, rider of Erins Pride trained by P.Meany, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung badly during this race. The Stewards interviewed Mr D. O'Shea, rider of Armhuin Na Muice, concerning his use of the whip in this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Regulation 10.3(b), in that he used the whip when his chance of winning or being placed had gone and having considered his record, suspended him for two race days .
