< Banksters Bonus delivered a strong late charge under Shane Foley to grab the feature race at Down Royal, the Magners Ulster Derby.

The only three-year-old in the field, Jessica Harrington's 9-2 shot travelled in rear for most of the way before being brought through to challenge in the straight.< Force Of Habit was going well as they rounded the final bend and took over after straightening up, but he had no answer to Banksters Bonus's withering run and there was a length and a quarter in it at the line.< Celendine was sent off the 100-30 favourite for the EBF Coolmore Stud Ulster Oaks and John Oxx's filly gave her supporters a bit of a scare before winning.

Ben Curtis rode a patient race on the four-year-old, settling her towards the rear, and it was deep into the final furlong when she picked off Headford Lady to score by a neck.

The Marcus Callaghan-trained Patrickswell followed up his Navan victory last week with a gutsy success in the Fonacab 90 33 33 33 Handicap off a 5lb higher mark.

Leigh Roche bounced the grey into the lead from the start and last year's winner (13-2) ran on strongly to hold the late challenge of Salaamie by a head.

John Oxx's Sinntani (9-10 favourite), a half-brother to Arc winner Sinndar, made short work of his rivals in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden, clearing away in the straight to score by nine lengths under Niall McCullagh.< Gin Rummy (6-1) was given a front-running ride by Keagan Latham in the Rainbow Telecom EBF Median Auction Maiden and Ger Lyons' juvenile was always holding Blue Mimosa in the closing stages, winning by a length and a quarter.

Samantha Bell followed up her victory on Goldplated at Limerick on Friday night by giving Kevin Prendergast's well-backed Spirit Of Cuba (5-2) a cool ride in the Louis Roederer Handicap, sweeping through in the final quarter-mile to win by a length and three-quarters.
