< Silky made the best possible start to her career with victory in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Maiden at Clonmel.
David Wachman's daughter of Montjeu was brought to the outside to make her challenge by Billy Lee and closed down on leader Sharp Crisp Air at the furlong marker.
The 10-1 chance, who hails from the family of Arc runner-up Mubtaker, then quickened smartly to see off her more experienced rival and she scored impressively by a length and a quarter.

Colin Keane bounced the 9-2 shot out into a lead from the outset and he had only his recent Dundalk conqueror Time Travel for company rounding the turn.
Once he saw off that opponent, he then dug deep to repel the late challenge of House Limit by a length and a half.< Elijah Gardner was in receipt of weight from every one of his Clonacody (C & G) Maiden Hurdle rivals and took full advantage under Davy Condon, beating favourite Bally Longford
