The Mouse Morris trained Wishmoor gained a third career success at Naas today, landing the New Owners &Trainers Lounge Novice Handicap Chase under last season's Champion Conditional Jockey Rachel Blackmore.
The Gigginstown House Stud owned son of Winged Love had filled second, third, fourth and fifth spots on each of his latest starts and today raced prominently throughout before getting the better of runner-up The Informer on the run-in, for a four lengths win.
Gold Cup and Grand National winning trainer Morris later remarked “that was a super ride. He'll probably go for another one of those, and he can't surely be put up much for that."
