Ruby Walsh suffered an injury scare a week before the start of the Crabbie's Grand National meeting after spraining his left ankle in a fall at Clonmel.
The leading jump jockey was stood down for the rest of the day after taking a tumble from the Willie Mullins-trained Bleu Berry at the final flight when in second place behind eventual winner Alamein in the opening Easter Holidays Maiden Hurdle.
He was able to go back to the weighing room but was taken off his only other mount on the card, Michael Hourigan's The Job Is Right in the Suir Valley Chase.
Turf Club doctor John Downey said: "Ruby will ice his ankle when he arrives home and we'll decide from there.
"We can't make a decision on when he'll return until tomorrow."
