David Wachman was in the winner's enclosure this evening when his charge Always Be True came home in front of The Irish Stallions Farms EBF Fillies Maiden under Wayne Lordan.

Winning trainer Wachman said afterwards, "She was a very good 2 year old last year but she had a little setback and it took a bit of time to get her right. She has a lot of big race entries as we thought a lot of her last year so we'll see how things go."
