The J.P. McManus owned Fit For The Job ran out the well backed winner of the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Premier Nursery at Tipperary today, following up a recent Galway festival win, for trainer David Wachman and jockey Fran Berry.
The son of Lawman took up the lead two furlongs out before quickening nicely for a length win over Cocoon
Afterwards Wachman stated “he's a grand little horse and we'll see what the handicapper does with him and I'll also speak to his owner before we make plans. Ground doesn't seem to worry him.
“They (the McManus') have been a lucky family for me.”
