Vino on the mark for Miley
The Broderick’s Electrical Handicap Hurdle was claimed by the Danny Miley trained Vino Vino Cavo under a strong ride by Alain ‘Squeaky’ Cawley.
Cawley who was never too far off the pace took up the lead after the last and stayed on well for a length success over Down The Dale
Winning trainer Miley said afterwards: “We were fairly confident he’d stay the trip, he’s been fairly consistent he just had a bit of a blip the last day.”
“He’s a very progressive horse and he’s only a five year old. We’ll keep him on the go as long as the ground stays good and hopefully he’ll pick up something similar.”
