Tyner and Enright record double
Robert Tyner and Philip Enright recorded a double this afternoon at Clonmel when winning The Lisronagh (C&G) Beginners Chase with Rock Street making it the jockeys first ever double.
Tyner commented afterwards, "He has been unlucky not to get around on his last two starts as jumping is his game he's just been unlucky. Philip [Enright] said he thought he would have won a lot easier only he got a bit close to the second last. We have him entered in The Durkan New Homes Novice Chase at Leopardstown over the Christmas so we'll see."
Winning trainer Tyner also trained the winner of the 4-Y-O Maiden at Ballindenisk this afternoon.
