Turner makes the most of Barneys mistake
Turner Brown and Andrew Lynch got the better of Barneys Honour (made a bad mistake at the last) by half a length in the Follow Punchestown Facebook Handicap Hurdle.
Turner Brown wasn't good at the last either but Barneys Honour with Davy Russell bidding for a treble made a worse mistake and this was instrumental in the outcome. Prince Of Forwards finished a further short head back in third.
Michael O'Hare trains Turner Brown and he said: "We were a bit worried about the ground. We thought it would be a bit tacky for him but he has a big heart.
"He may be aimed at the Martin Pipe conditional riders handicap hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival."
