Fleurys Fort followed-up on his win at Down Royal last month, as he took the Coral.ie For All Euro 2016 Betting Handicap Hurdle under Ryan Treacy for Leslie Young.
Settled behind the leaders, the Margaret Marshall owned six-year-old was third from four out, and was pushed along to lead after the second last.
Treacy then lost his right iron on the run-in and did well to steer his mount home in front, before he was unshipped right after the line. Crocodile Dundee (14's to 10's) finished second under Phillip Enright for Tom Cooper, while Star Of Angels (14/1) was three parts of a length back in third under Katie O'Farrell for John Hanlon. The Fitz Lady (16/1) completed the placings a length and a half back in fourth, while the 11/2 favourite Sweet Little Lies finished a disappointing thirteenth under Mark Enright for Johnny Feane.
Leslie Young said afterwards: "He travels well in his races and has plenty pace. Two miles will be no problem when he goes chasing.
"He ran on softish ground in the winter but probably shouldn't have run and he'll stay hurdling now until the handicapper gets hold of him."
