Tilly's Chilli brought up her hat-trick in emphatic fashion in The Royal County Handicap over a mile and a quarter in Navan.
She made all and asserted with less than a quarter of a mile to travel.
The 5/1 shot forged three lengths clear of 25/1 outsider Ontheiflist woth Tom Madden doing the steering.
There was a further four-length gap back to Eagle Spirit (16/1) in third.
Trainer Jessica Harrington said: "She was good. She has improved a lot and she has gone on improving. I think she will be better over a mile and a half. I don't think she'll get into it but I sort of had the Ulster Derby in mind for three-year-olds only."
When asked what she is putting the improvement down to, Harrington replied: "She has grown, she has got stronger and she seems to go on improving."
Tilly's Chilli previously landed handicaps at Limerick and Roscommon in April and May respectively.
