Connections of Phebes Wish were rewarded with a third win from the gelding in the www.thetote.com Handicap at Dundalk this evening.
Ridden by Gary Carroll, the son of Diamond Green recorded a half length win over Sassaway and winning trainer John McConnell later stated “he is a genuine little horse, is consistent and tries hard.
“He has improved physically from three to four and thats the highest mark he has won off. We'll try to win another one and he might come back here next Friday. If we had 20 like him we'd be doing well!”
