Tamayo Finally Gets There
Tamayo who looked a very promising horse in his earlier days, winning three point-to-points, finally put it all together under Rules in the Martinstown Opportunity Handicap Chase under Robbie Moran.
Arthur Moore trains the son of In The Money for Ronnie Bartlett and he beat Alickadoo by five lengths.
Moore said: "That makes up for the Galway Blazers last year where he made a dreadful blunder two out. He unseated another day at Leopardstown. He is a summer horse and will be sold at the end of the summer. It is a nice pot to win at Tramore and it is my first winner for Ronnie Bartlett." (EM)
