Sycamore makes her experience count
Experience gained the day in the opener at Leopardstown as Silver Sycamore delivered on outing number four under Shane 'Dusty' Foley for Jessica Harrington.
The victorious grey American-bred made all and she was clear in the final quarter mile, going on to account for the well-backed favourite Oh So Lucy (3s in the morning into 7/4 and a bit ponderous out of the stalls) by three lengths.
Emma Galway, daughter and assistant to Mrs Harrington said: "We're delighted with that and she came out of her last run much stronger.
"We should have made more use of her the last day and we learned a lot from the run. She needs a mile and today was the plan so I'm not sure where she'll go now.
"Mum is at Howard Spooner's wedding today."
