Sweet win for Murray
Willie Mullins’ Sweet My Lord part-owned by RTE’s Colm Murray, justified long odds-on to win the Irish Independent Hurdle at Limerick today.
The son of Johann Quatz, , under the trainer’s nephew Emmet Mullins, jumped well throughout and eventually ran out an easy two and a half lengths winner over Wilde Wit Pleasure
Afterwards Gary Davies, representing trainer Mullins stated “Emmet gave him a good positive ride and he jumped great. Willie will decide plans and it’s a brilliant win for his part owner Colm Murray who hasn’t been well.”
