Special winner for the Condons
A delighted Pauline Condon on Strait Of Zanzibar

Ken Condon supplemented an impressive record at Laytown when his wife Pauline returned to the saddle after a lengthy absence to bring Raymond Doyle's Strait Of Zanzibar home by three and a quarter lengths in the O'Neills Sports (QR) Handicap.
Well-backed 100/30 chance Strait Of Zanzibar, came in from an opening show of 9/2, returning quickly to the fray after his victory at Dundalk last Sunday.
Strait Of Zanzibar was looking good from some way out here, on his way to accounting for Cheers Buddy
"That's great. Pauline hasn't ridden for a long time and her last winner was actually here for me on Dream Applause (2012)," said Condon.
"She has plenty on her plate with the two little ones running around, but is still as keen as ever, and still has the confidence needed as we saw when she was looking around.
"That meant a lot to her. She keeps herself very fit at home and rides out most mornings.
"I'd say the handicapper won't over-react to that as he's had that many runs. He's ultra-tough and consistent."
