J P Farrell had earlier seen his colours carried by Theonewiththeleg (7th in the opener) but it wasn't a long wait for the owner to witness his green with a blue chevron brought home on a winner as Declan McDonogh scored on the Joanna Morgan-trained Snap Alam in the Flannery's Bistro Rated Race at Ballinrobe.
The blinkered daughter of Alamshar travelled to the business end better than her four rivals and she found what was required inside the final furlong to beat the game favourite Kedleston by half a length.
Morgan said: "I nearly didn't bring either of them (Six Silver Lane was third here for the County Meath yard) but because there was only five runners I kept going.
"She'll go to Galway now and she'll be finished after that as she is in foal to Kalanisi.
"She loves it here (third course and distance win – the other two were achieved on a sound surface) and so do I.
"She has to go right-handed, she just won't go the other way. She was so keen early in the race I thought she mightn't stay on the ground." Stunned Silence finished last here and she was found to be coughing. (DM & EM)
