Sindjara wins for Murtagh & Oxx
The John Oxx trained Sindjara under Johnny Murtagh, ran out an easy tow and a half lengths winner of the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Maiden at Dundalk tonight.
Afterwards Oxx stated “Sindjara won well but I thought she might need the run as she had a little setback recently.
“She travelled well, liked the surface and I’ll step her up in trip next year - there is plenty of stamina in the dam’s side. She likes fast ground so I knew she would like it here and I’ll put her away now.
“It was probably a good maiden she finished fourth at in Leopardstown and the winner of that maiden is a good horse. I’ll come back at the start of Dunadlk next year – she’s not one for soft ground.”
