The ultra-consistent Silver Service recorded the second win of her career, as she took the Racing Again 30th August Nursery Handicap.
Third or better on her first four starts, the Michael Mulvany trained filly made the breakthrough on her fifth outing at the Curragh last month.
She was beaten by a neck, half a length, and a short head when fourth at Galway on Saturday, and turned out again quickly she was sent off a 7/2 chance this evening.
Settled in a close second by Gary Carroll, the daughter of Tough As Nails was ridden to the front under two furlongs out, and kept on well from there to score by a length and a quarter. Darkash (5/1) kept on to take second under Chris Hayes for Fozzy Stack, while the 13/8 favourite Sakura could only manage a disappointing fourth.
Mulvany said afterwards: "We thought she was unlucky in Galway as she was cut off when she was coming through. I told Gary today to keep it simple and she is a good tough filly, like her daddy.
"She's entered up for Wednesday (at Gowran) and maybe we might run because the handicapper might be getting ahead of her. We'll see what he gives her on Monday and see. She's a good honest mare."
