Seattle Creek (14/1) thundered home to win the concluding Leopardstown Members (Q.R.) Race in the hands of Finny Maguire.
This was certainly a drop in class for the son of Harzand who was beaten three and a-half lengths into sixth in a German Group 2 in May.
His sole previous victory came over 1m4f at Dundalk in January 2022.
Maguire was in a pocket on the rail, but once he got running room in the final furlong he stayed on strongly to collar The Names Jock (9/2) close home. Sixandahalf the 3/1 favourite, was a length back in third.
Assistant trainer Jim Gorman said: “Finian was great on him, very strong. The horse had a good run in Berlin, he was only beaten three-and-a-half lengths in a Group 2.
“He came back out of that in top order and he was in top order for today.
“It was a nice race, some nice horses in it, and he showed a little bit of class. He quickened well and he got a superb ride.”
