The Stewards interviewed Sean Levey, rider of New Zealand concerning his use of the whip in this race.

Evidence was heard from the rider concerned and Mr Pat Keating Authorised Representative of Mr Aidan O'Brien, trainer.

Having viewed the video of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that Sean Levey had used his whip with excessive frequency and therefore suspended him for 2 racedays.
