Seabass gains compensation after Navan fall
The Ted Walsh trained Seabass put his Navan fall behind him when taking the Star Best For Racing Coverage Handicap Chase in the hands of the trainers son Ruby.
The 11/8 favourite who was prominent for most hit the front entering the straight and went on to beat Stewarts House by one and three parts of a length.
Winning trainer Walsh said briefly: “He deserved a change of luck after Navan and it was grand to get the winner.”
