Savello best in incident packed heat
Bryan Cooper (maroon and white) comes through to win on Savello

Two of the Gigginstown House Stud trio in the Treacy's Pharmacy Chase were gone after three fences, but the maroon and white still supplied the winner with Savello justifying favouritism under Bryan Cooper.
Unfortunately the County Westmeath outfit lost Arnaud who came down after the third, and eventually only four of the seven that set out completed. Tribes And Banner was still there with a chance when hitting the last, and Tony Martin's Savello soon seized the initiative, going on for a four and three parts of a length win over Pass The Hat
"I couldn't be happier with him. He done it well and the ground wouldn't have been in his favour," commented Martin.
"It took him a little while to warm into it, but once he got two jumps into him he jumped the rest great. He is a Cheltenham winner and on his day he is not too bad."
Savello, a 215,000 pounds buy in his time, is entered in the upcoming Doncaster Sales.
